About Priscila

I’m Priscila, mother to the lovely Alice, who is almost 2 years old, and married to Alan. As a Publicist and Senior Product Manager at CI&T, my passion lies in leading diverse teams, always seeking innovation and efficiency, especially with AI. With an MBA from FIAP, I have directly impacted businesses as a Digital Strategist. I am a Platinum facilitator for #IAmRemarkable, having conducted over 106 workshops and impacted more than 1,000 people, and I was awarded by Google in 2022. I am also a WTM ambassador and a volunteer mentor, dedicated to empowering women in technology. I’m here to celebrate achievements and inspire change!

What does it mean to you to be a finalist for this award?

Being a finalist for this award is a tremendous honor for me. It represents not only my personal achievements but also the impact I’ve had on over a thousand people. Knowing that I have made a difference inspires me to continue striving for equity and inclusion in our industry. I am especially proud to be paving a better path for my daughter, ensuring she grows up in a world where opportunities are equal for everyone, regardless of gender. This recognition fuels my passion to empower others and drive meaningful change in our community.

Tell us a bit more about how you’re making an impact through #IAmRemarkable workshops

A significant magic moment from the past year related to #IAmRemarkable happened when I received impactful feedback from a participant in one of my workshops. She publicly shared on LinkedIn that, after our session, she was able to elevate her career and personal life. Seeing her transformation was truly emotional. She began to value herself more, present herself with confidence, and embrace new opportunities. Knowing that I contributed to this change in her life is a powerful reminder of the impact we can have on one another.

These moments motivate me to continue facilitating workshops and empowering more people to recognize their achievements. Each success story is proof that we are building a more inclusive and inspiring future.
